Ice skating 2014

We had another fun year at our annual family fun day ice skating.  My parents rent out an ice skating rink in Castle Rock for a couple of hours and we skate, talk, and eat together.  For me it gets more fun each year since the first year I didn't skate because I was pregnant, the second year was hard since Ruby was too young and Diego cried nearly the whole time.  This year Diego and Eli both did well and even Ruby gave it a try!  She was so cute in her little skates.  Although she only went around a couple of times, I think she had fun.  I think she was a little confused and just liked watching everyone.

The Best Tree

There is a beuatiful tree in our church's yard.  It is so big.  In the summer the leaves are many shades of green and it's like a big umbrella to shade you from the sun and heat.  In the fall, the leave turn pretty colors and fall.  I love seeing it each week and the kids had fun with all the leaves the other day after church.

Little Snowman and Piano Recital

Ruby and I made a little snowman the other day.  She was pretty happy about it ;)
Eli started taking piano lessons from in September.  He had his first recital last night.  He played Ode To Joy, and he did great!  I was proud of him.  He really has learned a lot in 2 months!

Halloween 2015

We had a fun Halloween.  Diego was Spiderman, Eli was a ninja (same costume as last year), and Ruby and I were lady bugs!

 Our ward's Trunk-or-Treat

Ruby and I met my mom at Nick's Gardens.  They have a fun fall festival that we have enjoyed since Eli was a baby.

Beauty All Around

I always love when I make the time to go to the temple.  It is so peaceful and beautiful.
This is taken at Bluff Lake Nature Center.  It's nice to see nature up close sometimes.  I've gone three times in the last month- once by myself, once with my mom, Ruby, and Melissa, and once with my friend Mindi.  I love that I live so close to it.

General Conference.  The Music and speakers were beautiful and it was wonderful to be able to watch in my lovely home with  my family.
