The Wildlife Experience

We went to the Wildlife Experence today. We went with my sister and her kids. They got us free tickets. It was fun.

Parks

After the Butterfly Pavilion we went to Flatirons Mall. We played inside and outside and had dinner at Baja Mexican restaurant. Cesar had "the best tacos he's ever had!" and I had a pretty good burrito.

We went downtown to a park near Union Station. We walked around and looked at all the new development. We watched the skaters and the skate park, had a picnic, and played around. Cesar took a tour of the area the other day at work. They are building a new transit station and other stuff too. It all looks really cool. We would love to live in this area one day although even the smallest houses cost about a million. Who knows- maybe one day?!

The past two Thursdays we have gone to Bicentennial Park for concerts in the park. It's nice to enjoy the nice weather, listen to music, be with family and friends, eat watermelon, and just enjoy being outside. I love how Eli was crossing his legs in the picture!

Yesterday we went to Southglenn. Eli liked getting wet in the sprays and Diego liked watching Eli and the other kids. After playing in the water we ate some really great pizza at a fun restaurant. I love pizza and it was nice to eat some other than frozen pizza which is all we have eaten lately.

Butterfly Pavilion

We have been having a lot of fun lately as a family. We have been very busy on the weekends and have been enjoying that Cesar gets Fridays off. Last weekend we went to the Butterfly Pavilion . Diego really loved looking at the fish in the fish tank. He was frustrated because he couldn't touch them. Eli brought his new "binoculars" made with toilet paper rolls, and tape. Cesar helped him make them recently. Cesar used to make some of his toys when he was young and he told me his first toy he ever made were binoculars like these.
Eli also liked the little zip line that was in the play area.

A Fun Place to Play

Eli and Diego playing cars on the windowsill. Eli was 20 months old and Diego was 14 months old.

Diego- 14.5 months old

I don't know why I love the pictures where he is crying so much, but I do. I think he looks adorable. He was only crying because he really wanted to play with the camera. Notice his cute dimples in the second picture- everyone always comments on his dimples.
